2.) Focus only on orthopedics. There are no administrative hassles. 

3.) Surgeons can create their own schedule, full time surgeons work ten or fourteen 24-hour shifts per month. Part-time surgeons work as few as seven shifts per month. 

4.) Have the option to commute to work. Our surgeons can live any where they want in the country.
